Maybe the feature isn’t implemented, but speed adjustments presently have no effect. (Playing on a trackpad, I simply can’t get past https://exploitzeroday.com/system/7/ for speed reasons.)

You’re correct; speed adjustments are currently not implemented. We’ve currently got it planned for our next minor release, “Alpha 1.” It may be a while.
This was implemented in release 0.3.0.
