As part of dealing with our ongoing email-sending issues, we’ve just unblocked our sending queue. Some of you will now receive email messages from the past few weeks that never got sent.
While we’ve tried to minimize duplicate messages, you may receive multiple similar messages, especially if you tried to register multiple times.
If you receive an email with an account verification code that does not work, you may need to attempt to register again with that email address.
We continue to make improvements on the back end to minimize the risk of this happening again and to better deal with email problems as they occur.
