With Headless Swarm live, we expect a higher volume of questions and concerns, especially since we’re still in alpha testing and there are bound to be more bugs to shake out. Because of this, we’d like to be clear about what you should expect regarding our support.

How to Contact Us

We’ll try and post on the forums and in a box at exploitzeroday.com if we know about or anticipate a problem. Please check first to see if we’re already aware of an issue.

Your best option if it’s not a private matter is to post in this Bugs and Issues category on the forums. Other players may be able to help you. Alternately, you can email us at info@futureproofgames.com.

If the problem you’re having is with inappropriate content, such as obscene text in a system, please flag it with the “Report this page” links at the top or bottom of each darknet page. If the inappropriate content is on the forums, use the “Flag” button. You might not get a response to this one other than seeing the material go away.

Response Time

We will try to respond soon; it may take up to 24 hours. If it’s been longer without a response, feel free to request an update.

There are certain days we’ll be unavailable, including:

  • American Thanksgiving (the fourth Thursday in November)

  • Christmas Day (December 25)

  • New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day (December 31-January 1)
