Blue nodes reset when loading a system and editing it

I have some systems with blue nodes that are off (the linked node is transparent) when the level starts. If I open one of these systems from my system list or from the cluster screen, it works correctly. However, if I then edit that system, the blue nodes reset to the “on” mode and have to be switched back. This does not happen when returning to the edit screen from the testing screen.
